We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and help increase brand awareness including our online presence.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and quarterly strategic directions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate strategies into social media plans.
Generate engaging and innovative content ideas for social media.
Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.(e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Capture and create client-specific content, including graphics, photos, and videos.
Edit content for distribution and optimal performance across social media channels.
Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Ensure consistent application of brand voice and style across all content.
Execute real-time adjustments based on performance metrics and client feedback.
Regularly communicate with clients to discuss strategy, content ideas, performance, and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and social media trends.
Develop and execute a comprehensive 3, 6, and 12-month marketing strategy to achieve a robust online presence and engage both new and established clients.
Maintain a social media calendar and schedule regular posts to ensure consistent engagement.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to foster a strong online community.
Run social media ads and paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop organic and paid campaign strategies to achieve business goals.
What you will bring:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and website tracking.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Experience with graphic design and creating visually appealing content.
High levels of initiative and passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work is in Australian timezone.
English MUST be at an advanced level.
