Marketing Manager

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and tournaments. In this role, you will be designing and optimizing our marketing strategies, managing our message via great content and press releases, as well as reporting on performance.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new marketing opportunities. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Your daily tasks will include:
– Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
– Increasing brand awareness and market share
– Working with our creative agency to deliver strategies
– Create content plans that will deliver our message to market
– Lead our copywriting to keep the message on target
– Preparing and reporting regular performance data

To be successful you will:

– Have at least 2 years of experience as a marketing manager
– Proficiency in emerging marketing tools including AI tools
– Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
– Strong writing and verbal communication skills
– Experience and understanding of Copywriting
– Strong time management and organizational abilities
– Happy to work in an agile business in the early stages of start-up. Yes there will be pivoting as we work things out
– Preferably have previous exposure to a start-up and understand the challenges it can bring
– Has initiative and willingness to adapt to changes

You will be working closely with me so you will need to be available to work during Sydney business hours (Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm AEST). Meetings will generally be scheduled during this time and this will normally be when the team works. The hours you work are flexible but you should be available during this time.

The role will start at a salary of 60,000PHP per month. Payments are split twice a month on the 15th and 28th of each month and are payable direct to your bank. Be sure you are comfortable with these terms.
