Marketing Manager

Dynamic full-time marketing manager for a growing health and wellness company .

We are looking for an up-and-coming star to shine their light onto our company and work on a range of Marketing tasks for us.
The successful candidate will be passionate about alternative health and wellbeing. If you have excellent English skills (verbal and written) and are keen to learn and grow with our prosperous company, then we want you.

You’ll be working off the Asana project management software. Your main responsibilities include:
• Develop Marketing plans
• Planning Marketing strategies
• Identifying target markets and prospects
• Run public relations campaigns and press releases
• Develop advertising campaigns including Google Ad management (incl. setup, keyword research, split testing, re-marketing, competitor research, etc)
• Brand Development
• General Marketing management (except social media)
• Email marketing (including list management, split testing, and autoresponders)
• Goolge Analytics reporting
• ROI calculations and reporting

To do this job, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them (we can provide training where needed), but you need to be at least familiar with most of them and be enthusiastic to learn:
• All things Google
• Google/FB/Insta ads
• Project management software (Asana)
• Email marketing software (Aweber)
You don’t need to have the following skills to be hired. But if you have them, it would be an advantage:
• Copywriting and editing experience.
• Basic Graphic Design (e.g. Canva)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. More important to us is your integrity, commitment, and desire to learn and grow with our business.
Clear communication and honesty are paramount. If you are not able to hit a deadline or you make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

We are looking for a long-term relationship over many years with a person who:
• can work with minimal supervision
• is a fast learner
• pays close attention to detail
• can follow instructions to the letter

This is a full-time position.
• Mondays to Fridays AEST. A schedule can be negotiated.
• You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period (PTO).
• We honor most National Filipino holidays except for ‘All Saints’ and ‘All Souls’ Day
• Your salary will be starting at PHP30000 per month (40 hours a week)
• We also offer a 13th-month bonus to employees who have worked with us for at least 6 months.
• As well as SSS and PhilHealth contributions.

As you work with us, we will need you to take on more responsibilities over time and we will provide you with any training necessary.
When our team grows, you’ll also have the chance to be promoted.
