One of our clients is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will provide virtual support to the company by creating, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring that all marketing material is in line with their brand identity. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, the Marketing Manager will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
This is a part time position to start with the potential to transition to full-time depending on the performance and the business requirements. Working times are flexible but could allot some hours to work during US EDT business hours. The client owns a beauty spa that specializes in women’s health and beauty services.

Qualifications:
-BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field; MSc/MA in management will be a plus
-At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, Ads management, lead generation and funnel management, sales strategy and marketing campaigns, social media management and social media strategy
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools related to digital marketing, ads management, sales, social media platforms, website updates and digital marketing tools
– Must have proven experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Podcasts and Blogs
-Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
-Ability to drive more customers to website, convert leads to clients, analyzing consumer behavior and monitoring campaign performance
– Proven experience with top-down strategies and analyze performance of marketing funnels, lead generation, promotions
– Copywriting for Website or Sales Campaign
– Copywriting for Products or Services description for different business industries
– SEO experience (preferred but not required)
– Graphics Design and Branding experience
– Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and Slack for communication
-Proactive and takes initiative, detail oriented, creative
-Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills and the ability to research and create innovative solutions
-Ability to work to deadlines, juggling multiple priorities and tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Create marketing materials and campaigns to drive traffic to the website
– Copywriting for Website, Sales Campaigns and products/services for different business industries
– Social media management such as creating contents, increasing engagement and exposure to the target audience
– create marketing funnels, flyers, ads or promotions
– Strategizing on marketing, ads and social media management
– Reporting on weekly and monthly performance of campaigns
– Analyzing consumer behaviors
– Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
– Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
– Generating new business leads.
– Increasing brand awareness and market share, building community outreach and partnerships with local businesses
