Job Description

Our ideal candidate will:

** Have solid leadership experience overseeing launches
** Branding (including managing designers and content creators like writers, video editors, and designers)
** Creating and managing social media content calendars, contests and engagement campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and overseeing email strategy and email automations that help grow the business.
** Have strong team management and coaching skills, to include active listening that allows for balancing the goals of the company with the needs of team members to find win-win solutions
** Be an expert in project management. leveraging online tools for managing a remote workforce
** Possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent team working skills
** Be comfortable in gDrive, spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
** Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines & high accountability. Excellent leadership skills are a MUST.
** The Marketing Manager is a key leadership position on the marketing team for GoMobile Tires USA. You will work with our division CEO to launch new franchises and manage the ongoing marketing plans for all existing franchises. We currently have 22 franchises currently, and we’ll be adding at least 2 franchises monthly through the end of the year.

** This role will collaborate with the CEO and Ops team to organize, prioritize, and oversee all marketing initiatives.
** Manage copywriters, marketers, designers, editors and media buyers to ensure new marketing campaigns are launched and meet our quality standards
** Oversee all launches and initiatives, including managing timelines and due dates. Provide leadership to step in as required and assist move projects and tasks forward to completion, on time
** Coordinating funnel mapping with input from key stakeholders to plan launches, email automation, and brand / community-building efforts, including scoping and monitoring workflows
** Manage the customer journey, including creating the best customer experience, increasing referrals and retention, maximizing lifetime value, etc.
** Oversee our content strategy, including email marketing + newsletters, social media content, and the development of key assets like books or quizzes to generate leads
** Support the CEO in tracking KPIs across all marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity, weakness, etc.
** This is a leadership role more than an executing role, though as we’re building the team, you may find yourself handling tasks that new team members will eventually own. You will need an expansive understanding of the various roles within a marketing team so you can provide the leadership that helps everyone to excel.

** In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing training and development for yourself and the team to keep your skills sharp and our efforts successful. The company devotes significant resources to training and equipping the team.

The ideal candidate:

** Will have a strong background and growing knowledge of local marketing and direct response / eComm to manage launches and company growth, with a strong working knowledge of the role of powerful storytelling both visually and with words
** Is a self-starter who thrives in a team environment, and will proactively identify productivity issues and meet challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to create results; has courage to bring productivity or performance challenges to leadership for support, as needed
** Has experience with Creative Direction and telling stories through campaigns driven by direct response marketing principles and a strong grasp of why people buy; uses these principles to guide the creative process with the team and provide excellent creative direction for winning creatives
** Ability to make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
** Have experience managing social media and advertising projects, to include copywriting, design and implementation across marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network (loading and optimizing content, community management, etc)
** Has training in media buying and Facebook / Google Ads, with an understanding of the metrics to monitor to ensure success
** Understands programming automation logic (if / then)
** Excellent people skills, with an ability to work productively with many types of people and to build great rapport with direct reports; comfortable being assertive with others to meet (or exceed) deadlines
** Is coachable, and can accept feedback to improve performance and leadership with a great attitude

Responsibilities include:

** Managing the launch of new franchises in new markets, and overseeing the ongoing marketing strategies for existing franchises (primarily email / newsletter campaigns, paid media, and organic social campaigns; some direct mail, SEO and PR efforts included)
** Management of brand strategy, including creative direction and chiefing of all creative development
Working closely with our CEO to determine hiring needs, supporting hiring and onboarding, and minimizing turnover within the team
** Overseeing our project management framework in Trello, including activating monthly tasks / projects for team members, monitoring tasks and projects to ensure team members are managing their time effectively and meeting deadlines, and supporting team members with tracking their projects and recurring tasks, as needed.
Managing the onboarding of new team members, including working with leaders across the organization to build onboarding plans, structure workflows in our project management system, and Conduct weekly team meetings and 1:1s with team members to manage upcoming workload + scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our team protocols
** Collaborate with CEO to determine when it’s time to hire new team members, and promote or transfer team members to new roles
** Oversee performance reviews, corrective action / performance planning, and termination of team members

Experience and Skills Required:

** Must have 3+ years of experience in the Direct Response / eComm world, with a proven track record of getting results (be prepared to share your wins and accomplishments, with the data to back it up)
** At least 1-2 years’ experience as a copywriter, including direct response, email and social media copy; Good copywriting skills and excellent grammar + familiarity with automotive terminology are required for this position
** Experience in automotive industry (racing, repair, tires, performance cars, etc) a huge plus
** Solid brand leadership experience, including experience managing creative campaigns, design projects, audio / video projects, and web development projects
** Experience in WordPress, MailChimp, Zapier, Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Adwords, Google Analytics a huge plus
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
** Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
** Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom is required
** Experience in paid advertising, particularly Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram, is a huge plus
** Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools / strategy a huge plus

We pay 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
Work core hours are from (3PM – 12AM CST, 4AM – 1PM PHT)
This is a full time role with a salary range of PHP70,000 – 120,000 monthly, depending on experience.
