Marketing Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Analyzing business requirements with the help of CEO to support the company objectives
• Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
• Day-to-day team management to ensure targets are met, and work is streamlined
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Delegating project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Knowing what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
• Knowing every detail of the given digital project at any given moment, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members
• Have mastery and ownership of all tasks required to carry out digital marketing projects.
• Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of proven project management experience and operations (managing people) experience
• Marketing Management
• Ability to see projects through from start to finish and meet the deadline
• Highly detailed and organized person
• Knowledge in different tools and ability to quickly learn different tools such as Slack, Click up, WordPress, Dropbox, Zapier,
Active Campaign, etc.
• Experience managing a remote team of designers, marketers, copywriters, assistants, and other team members including
holding them accountable to completing their work on time
• Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate well verbally and written
• Excellent analytical skill
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)

NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Work core hours are from ((5AM – 1PM EST // 5PM – 1AM PHT)) MON-FRI + 6 times a year we do a launch and will need you to be available on those weekends (we’ll let you know a year in advance which weekends). On work weekends we’ll mostly need you available to answer questions, troubleshoot, and do tasks (generally not full work days).

This is a full-time role with a salary range of PHP 70,000- 100,000 monthly.
