Marketing Manager

I am looking for a full-time Marketing manager with a focus on Lead generation and a good understanding of social media marketing. You don’t have to know everything because a lot of this I’ve gone through myself and will direct you on what I want done, but you must have knowledge of the areas below.
I am looking for the right candidate who is willing to build this company with us. You will be wearing many hats but you will not be alone. This work is vital to our growth. There is a learning curve and a growth curve so we are looking for an open-minded ambitious candidate who sees this vision. If you can work with the pay during our learning and growth period, you will be well compensated with growth raises in 120 day increments. This position will start off at 30,000 PHP and increases in 120 day increments. (To discuss negotiations)

Many of the platforms we will using we will be learning them together. Many of the tools we use will overlap to achieve our objective. Your knowledge and understanding will be valued. The Marketing manager is key to provide sales and marketing support in building of lead pipelines to meet our sales goals and quotas. You will be responsible for generating leads through some inbound and some outbound phone calls, social media messages, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to use CRM (We use Pipedrive)
• Understand the Sales Coordination process
• Understand Email marketing (and some automation setup)
• Understand Lead generation and ways to build lists
• Understand Social Media Ads like Facebook ads
• Basic understanding of Google Ads (will teach)
• Understand Customer Service & Admin Support
• Understand Google Analytics
• Achieve set KPI’s (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
