Job Description

You will be responsible for the marketing component of our company, producing content that matches the company’s brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including websites, promotional ads, social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, website banners, displays, surveys and promotional work both digital and print. You will be responsible for generating leads for our salespeople from your marketing and be able to track and report weekly to your statistics.

How will I make an impact?
• You will create engaging content from scratch and /or update: websites, videos, static ads, promotional, graphics, copy, surveys.
• You will be responsible for bringing in leads through your marketing for our sales team to follow up on.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to track and report weekly on inquiries and leads for both current customers and prospective customers.
• You are fully capable of website updates, including but not limited to: navigation, landing pages, photos, engaging content, call to actions, banner ads and rearranging layout on a page.

Skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related technical discipline preferred; associate degree required
• Must be very fluent in English, both written and verbally.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar for an advertising or PR agency, or other large company with multiple concurrent projects
• Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Google suites required
• English language copywriting experience with a proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a range of media required
• Strong content writing, typography, design, and conceptual design skills
• Experience in both print and digital media including video
• Experienced with HTML/CSS, Go Daddy and Pow Web platforms
• Experience managing social media schedules and creating social media content.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Excellent editing & proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with others
• Strong ability to produce content under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of social media and other digital media formats including but not limited to:
o Content Marketing
o Email Marketing
o Marketing Analytics
o Mobile Marketing
o Pay-per-Click (PPC)
o Search Engine Optimization (SEM, SEO)
o Social Media Marketing
