As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing JumpSearch’s marketing platform.

This position will report directly to both Founders of JumpSearch itself.

It is your job to ensure that everything runs smoothly, nothing falls through the cracks, and that JumpSearch can carry on the mission of the company without interruption.

Your role is to provide JumpSearch with a dedicated team member to handle marketing and administrative functions for the business allowing them to focus on executing the mission and vision for the company while utilizing key metrics and deliverables to facilitate growth.

Below is a list of your main responsibilities, but this list is not exhaustive. As you are a support role, your function can change depending on JumpSearch’s needs.

Social Media Management:

Create and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of posts.

Content Creation and Management:

Assist in creating and editing blog posts, articles, or other written content.
Manage content calendars and schedules for publishing.
Format and upload content to the website or blog.

Email Management:

Handle email correspondence, filter and prioritize emails.
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns.
Keep the email list clean and updated.

Online Presence Optimization:

Ensure that the website is up-to-date with relevant information.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
Monitor and manage online reviews and testimonials.

Calendar Management:

Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Send reminders and follow-ups for upcoming events.
Manage availability and coordinate with clients or collaborators.

Client Communication:

Respond to inquiries from clients or followers.
Coordinate meetings and calls.
Handle basic customer service inquiries.

Product and Service Support:

Assist in managing the sales of books, courses, or other products/services.
Provide customer support related to products or services.
Help with order fulfillment and logistics.

Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaborations.
Gather information for blog posts, presentations, or other content.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, or workshops.
Manage logistics for live events, if applicable.

Personal Branding:
Help maintain a consistent personal brand across various platforms.
Assist in creating and updating bio/profile information.

Learning and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Suggest improvements and new strategies for online presence.
