Marketing Manager

We are actively searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our innovative lead generation agency. The individual in this role will lead and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy, overseeing a diverse team, and providing valuable insights through reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Learn roughly 30+ marketing tactics (I will personally train you 1-by-1 while you document them)
– Hire, Train, Manage, Fire a team to do the ‘labor’ tasks of ‘appointment setting’ (generating sales calls)
– Develop reporting systems to monitor KPI’s and report to the CEO

Lead Gen Channels:
– Upwork (generating roughly 25 calls per month and need to double that)
– Cold email marketing campaigns – roughly 10+ campaigns that are ‘evergreen’
– Develop ‘sales call funnel’ for our 10k member Facebook group
– Assist with our ActiveCampaign email sequences (opt-in’s) – 6k email list
– Dream 100 campaign – identify top 100 clients > develop long-term nurture strategy for each
– Manage a Social Media content creation

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an A-player with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record in Marketing Management. The successful candidate must be open to receiving comprehensive training on our campaigns.
