About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to work for a US-based company with a strong presence that has multiple employees in the Philippines. You, along with your team, will play a key role in the expansion of our existing own branded websites. We are seeking an organized and creative manager who is hands-on and enjoys building an operation from the ground up. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of their marketing team (currently 2 people) and all marketing related duties including organic and paid social media ads, email marketing, affiliate management, and creatives (packaging design, digital media, website design, etc).
Our marketing team operates from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Philippine time, plus the director will be required to attend one evening meeting per week. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

What You Will Do
* Hire, mentor, develop, and coach the marketing team.
* Drive the achievement of agreed internal and external KPIs and standards.
* Ensure all marketing SOPs are maintained properly, well-organized, and implemented.
* Create and implement all marketing strategies including CRO to increase conversion rate.
* Drive sales and profitability with strategic management of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
* Establish partnerships with influencers, affiliates, relevant brands, and sites.
* Develop and maintain a positive and consistent brand image.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years in digital marketing, specifically within ecommerce.
* Experience in managing online campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC).
Desired Qualifications
* Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
* Proficient in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics relevant to ecommerce.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of current trends in ecommerce and digital marketing.
* Project management experience.
