Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our educational products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our educational products and services.
• Drive growth and revenue by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns.
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand and messaging.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events and conferences.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in AI and prompting.
• Experience in the education sector preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing software.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for education and a commitment to improving student learning outcomes.

Salary
