OpusX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and growth of the marketing efforts across OpusX and its four divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, proven expertise in crafting effective marketing strategies, and a track record of successfully driving lead generation and brand recognition.
Drawing inspiration from thought leaders like Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Russell Brunson, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing OpusX as a prominent name in the industry. This role involves overseeing the marketing for Virtual Talent Recruitment, Sales & Marketing CRM, Systems Consultancy, and the Digital Marketing Agency, as well as launching and managing the OpusX Marketing Division to offer services to external clients.
Responsibilities/ Daily/ Weekly Cadence:
-Marketing Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with OpusX’s goals and values.
-Create and manage marketing funnels, lead magnets, and growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversion rates.
-Design funnel architectures, including landing pages, to optimize the customer journey and maximize lead capture.
-Implement a diverse content strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, etc., focusing on growth and engagement.
-Utilize content pillar breakdown strategy to develop macro and micro content for optimal audience engagement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
-Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
-Delegate tasks and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality.
Lead Generation and Industry Presence:
-Oversee the growth of OpusX’s Facebook Groups, targeting business owners, candidates for recruitment, and OpusX Nation VTs.
-Drive effective lead generation strategies to increase the pipeline for all four OpusX services.
-Establish OpusX as an industry leader through thought leadership, webinars, workshops, and engaging content.
Customer Journey Mapping:
-Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, guiding customers from various stages (unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, OpusX aware).
-Tailor marketing initiatives and content to address the unique needs and pain points of customers at each stage.
Funnel Design, Landing Pages, SEO, and Paid Media Advertising:
-Create high-converting marketing funnels that guide prospects from initial awareness to conversion.
-Develop compelling landing pages optimized for lead capture and conversion.
-Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
-Manage paid media advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Service Promotion and Branding:
-Develop and implement marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and promote OpusX’s four services.
-Craft compelling messaging and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
OpusX Marketing Division Launch:
-Conceptualize and execute the launch of the OpusX Marketing Division, offering digital marketing services to external clients.
-Create pricing models, service packages, and marketing collateral to attract and retain clients.
Autonomous Execution and Delivering Results:
-Exhibit a self-starter attitude, capable of independently driving marketing initiatives without constant supervision.
-Execute hands-on marketing tasks when necessary, including content creation, campaign management, and data analysis.
-Strive for exceptional results in terms of lead generation, brand awareness, and market presence.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience 3+ years in a senior marketing role with a focus on strategy development, lead generation, and team -leadership.
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
-Exceptional project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
-Innovative mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing creative ideas.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
-Maintain a minimum of 95% on-time attendance during scheduled work hours, ensuring timely availability and active engagement.
-Achieve a 100% task completion rate for all assigned projects and responsibilities within specified deadlines, showcasing effective task management.
-Demonstrate active participation in the company’s culture and values by receiving commendable feedback from colleagues and stakeholders, indicating effective collaboration.
-Display a commitment to strategic outcomes and growth by attaining a minimum of 80% completion of set Key Results and Objectives within the designated OKR period.
