Job Description

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in running, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate deeply understands digital marketing, analytics, and customer behavior to drive impactful growth for our company. As the Marketing Manager, you will create and execute effective advertising strategies, manage campaigns, analyze performance, build landing pages, and explore diverse traffic sources to expand our brand’s reach and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
Constantly monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance, maximize ROI, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and report on the performance of marketing initiatives regularly.
Develop clear and actionable reports for management, showcasing the impact of marketing efforts on business growth.
Landing Page Development:

Collaborate with the design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages tailored to specific campaigns and target audiences.
A/B test landing page elements and optimize the user experience to enhance conversion rates.
Traffic Source Exploration:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and identify potential new traffic sources to expand the company’s reach.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on emerging platforms, assessing their relevance and potential for the brand.
Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
