As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind executing our marketing vision. You will be responsible for content planning, copywriting, social media management, media buying, and actively participating in the content creation process. This role requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate marketing activities, manage campaigns and events, and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning: Develop and execute a strategic content plan that aligns with our mission and goals.
Copywriting: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our community and building our brand.
Media Buying: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to achieve our goals.
Events Management: Organise and manage podcasts, summits, and product launches.

Skills and Qualifications:
Communications and Public Relations: Coordinate and execute marketing activities focusing on effective communication.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand’s presence and reputation.
Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for marketing initiatives and drive the team towards achieving marketing goals.
Data-driven: Use data to inform decisions and optimise marketing strategies.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Airtable.
Skilled in leveraging AI tools effectively to enhance marketing efforts.
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating your work. References will be a requirement.
