Stirling Click to view/ is looking for a motivated Marketing Guru to take our marketing program to the next level. Stirling sells CBD and cannabinoid products. We have 3 routes to market:
– Direct to consumers
– Wholesale to Chiropractors and other professional offices
– Amazon platform (not part of this role)

We are in a high growth phase of our business – and we need an experienced marketing person to continue the growth.

This role will help drive & execute Stirling’s strategy in ’23 and beyond that support Stirling’s growth objectives. The candidate will have a strong background in marketing and possess the ability to work cross-functionally and develop new routes to market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns.

This right candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! We need someone with the talent to ramp up quickly and is willing to learn new skills needed to continue our rapid growth.

We currently employ seven full-time people in the Philippines and looking to add one more!

The job hours are 8 am – 4 pm EST (New York Time), with no exceptions. We have daily check-in calls to discuss daily activities, provide team updates, and brainstorm ideas for future growth. We use a screenshot monitor – if you are unwilling to use it, this job is not a good fit.

Requirements:

3+ Years Building and executing Marketing Strategy
SMM management experience
Intimate knowledge of Facebook / IG ad manager
Proven results in launching and managing Social Media campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new routes to market
Experience in the Supplement / CBD space is highly preferred
Excellent Skills in Affiliate Marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills
Computer with i5 or better processor and reliable internet

Job Description:
Launch and manage profitable FB/IG Ads
Create and grow our Tik-Tok, Reddit, and Pinterest Accounts
Develop and execute our Affiliate Marketing initiative through Share-A-Sale
Align to FB rules on ads for CBD products
Daily reporting on the progress against goals on the team call

If you have a passion for marketing and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. The position will pay $7+ per hour, depending on experience. After 90 days, pay will be evaluated for a possible raise and possibly full-time employment.
