Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to remotely lead our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on managing both our Amazon marketplace and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales channels. This role involves managing our marketing team, overseeing content design, driving growth, managing inventory, achieving revenue goals, and spearheading lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Team Leadership and Management:
– Lead, motivate, and manage the remote marketing team to achieve superior performance and meet marketing objectives.
– Conduct virtual team meetings and performance reviews to ensure high productivity and professional growth of team members.

Strategic Marketing and Planning:
– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on growth and revenue targets across both Amazon and direct sales.
– Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to adjust strategies and enhance competitive positioning.

Content Design and Production:
– Oversee the design and production of marketing materials and content across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Campaign and Inventory Management:
– Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
– Manage marketing inventory efficiently to support campaign and promotional activities without overstocking or stockouts.

Revenue and Lead Generation:
– Develop strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals through Amazon and direct sales channels.
– Lead generation through effective marketing practices and targeted campaigns.

Digital Marketing and PPC Campaigns:
– Lead and optimize PPC campaigns and other digital marketing efforts to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
– Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of PPC campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Direct Sales and Amazon Channel Management:
– Design and execute Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
– Manage and optimize the Amazon sales channel, ensuring best practices in listings, SEO, and promotional campaigns.
– Analyze performance metrics from both channels to optimize marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.

Budget Management:
– Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across projects.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of marketing management experience, including at least 3 years in PPC campaign management and proven experience in managing DTC and Amazon sales strategies.
– Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, especially in a remote work environment.
– Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
