Job Description

**HiEnd Accents** is on a mission to become the most-preferred bedding brand in the US, and we’re seeking a talented and well-rounded Marketing Manager to help us get there. This is a unique opportunity to build upon a fast-growing brand that has earned respect in our industry and scale it to reach new audiences. This role will report to the company’s Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, paid marketing, print marketing, SEO, and more. You will market to a diverse range of customers, including our B2B customers (department stores, furniture stores, interior designers) and B2C / retail customers. At your disposal will be a small, but capable, team of 5 marketing specialists (copywriter, email specialist, social media manager, SEO specialist, and Pinterest manager).

We’re looking for someone who is always learning, who cares about the big picture *and* the details, and who can balance strategy, data, and creativity to develop, measure, and amplify great campaigns. Our goal is to create an emotional connection—and always do it in a way that feels on brand.

### **Responsibilities**

– Working with company leadership, develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest), email, paid media, direct mail, SEO, and more
– Create and manage marketing project timelines
– Coordinate activities of the marketing team of 5 to achieve marketing goals
– Provide coaching to the existing marketing team, as well as discipline if required. Participate in hiring/recruiting efforts as the team grows
– Using data and research, analyze the results of campaigns to surface insights and recommendations
– Build relationships with creative teams and cross-functional partners, such as Sales, eCommerce, and Product Development, to inform and execute marketing initiatives
– Be a dependable resource for cross-departmental needs
– Use data and keen attention to detail to segment customer data for marketing purposes
– Own the communication with vendors and outside agencies that support us, such as packaging, printing, PR, or paid media
– Contribute to an environment that fosters creativity, performance, and humanity
– Other marketing responsibilities as needed

## **Who You Are**

– 5+ years of marketing experience for a consumer brand
– You love to prioritize and develop project plans
– You question assumptions

– You are detail-oriented and insist on flawless execution. You know that flawless execution isn’t always reality, so you adapt with resilience
– You have experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, including paid social
– A motivated self-starter, with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems independently, and a desire to find opportunities to improve our processes
– Leader/doer mindset that thrives in a tight-knit community of colleagues bound by mutual respect and a shared mission, willing to work at all levels to support the team or push the business forward
– Desire to make a positive impact in the world and the day-to-day team culture
– Ability to learn new software tools and make them your own
– Experience with the tools we use is highly preferred, but not required as long as the core concepts are understood (Klaviyo, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
– Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
