Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to run the entire day-to-day marketing operation and make sure that everything is operating smoothly. Your role will work to plan towards upcoming marketing events and will take learnings from what we have learned previously to implement going forward. We are seeking somebody with 10+ years of experience working brand side in marketing with strong operating skills, potentially from a BPO.

Responsibilities
-Oversee full Marketing Operation including all Philippines (PH) team members
-Carry out higher level projects to better understand our customer, offers, and other high level items.
-Approve all assets going out for SMS and Email – need to have strong conversational english skills
-Maintain and update Marketing Calendar. Work with management to create full marketing calendar
-Oversee product launch, brand campaign, and sale launch deployment
-Open new marketing channels and onboard team members to the new processes
-Oversee full digital marketing strategy and report the performance directly to CEOs
-Suggest new marketing channels and opportunities
-Maintain 1-on-1 with PH team members
-Manage and develop Marketing SOPs
-Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of PH team members
-Work to hit the marketing scorecard goals with PH team members

Qualifications
-10+ years in marketing, managing, or BPO
-Process oriented. Processes excite you! You’re always looking for ways to automate tasks so others can achieve them as well.
-You love checklists. Making sure that checklists are completed is really important to you.
-Extremely organized – you must be able to manage multiple projects and team members at once
-Committed. You’re highly committed to helping the company and team members achieve goals

-Self-starter. You can operate with minimal direction. You’re a decisive decision-maker that is always proposing new ideas and better ways to do things

-Analytical. We are looking for someone who loves testing and finding the answer through quantitative means
-Strong understanding of Email & SMS Marketing
-Must be willing to work 9–5PM ET
