Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW:

Our team is searching for a talented marketer (Full Time) with 2+ years of previous marketing experience to take over various marketing related tasks ranging from building lead gen campaigns to designing graphics, editing marketing videos, and taking over various administrative tasks.

This Marketing Manager does NOT need experience in all areas listed. But they DO need a drive for learning new skills, figuring things out on the go, and the ability to problem solve independently. This position will require constant learning.

TASKS:

Building & managing email marketing campaigns.
Building & managing ad campaigns for Facebook, Google, & LinkedIn.
Developing new marketing related offers.
Helping to build infrastructure for service delivery.
Taking sales calls or other client meetings as necessary.
Building websites for clients using wordpress.
Researching marketing strategies & service delivery methods.
Presenting research findings in a well organized presentation.
Occasional video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
Scheduling posts to & managing social media accounts.
Perform various administrative tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in fluent English.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
2+ years experience in a marketing related field.
Familiarity using Slack for communication.
Graphic design experience needed – though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant MUST have decent graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc).
Available for 40 hours per week without a second job.

Software & resources as needed.
We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.

ABOUT US:

We run two companies, a full service marketing agency and a video production company (in business for over 3 years), and we’re getting ready to launch a third business in the next few months. We have been working primarily with private contractors on a per-project basis for the last 2 years, and are ready to bring on full timers.

HOURS: 40 hours/week

RATE: $5.00/ hour (~$800/month)
