Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for detailed editing of real estate media and handling key administrative tasks to maintain our smooth and efficient operations.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in using Photoshop, particularly for editing real estate photographs. Your responsibility will include performing meticulous quality control checks on the edited images. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing and distributing these images.

We also need someone with marketing experience. Social Media Management,, Digital Editing, Creative Design.

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Ensure quality control by reviewing photos and videos.
• Perform edits using Photoshop/Lightroom and other software.

Qualifications:
• Experience in photo editing
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

We would like you to demonstrate your ability to envision and implement a finished bedroom design. Please use the provided before photo and create an after photo that includes walls, bed, lighting, dresser or nightstands.
