Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and have a proven track record of managing marketing initiatives that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
Campaign Management:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Develop and manage social media campaigns across all current platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Brand Management:

Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence across all current platforms.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Track and report on budget expenditures.
Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Implement customer retention programs.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
Experience with CRM software and content management systems (CMS).
Skills:
Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
