Pay Rate: $4.06 USD per hr (650 USD/Month)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm US EST (9pm – 6am Philippine Standard Time)
Primary Objective: We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to work with and manage our brand. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company. You will be responsible for managing our brand image in a cohesive and universal way.
Responsibilities:
1. MANAGEMENT:
-Responsible for overseeing and managing the Social Media Manager
-Approves all content created by Social Media Manager & Graphic Design Team
-Convert blog and article content into actionable PDFs for email marketing campaigns
-Manage paid & promoted posts in LinkedIn
-Create and deliver presentations in Google Slides for sales as needed (Assisted by Graphic Design team as needed)
-Will need to attend meetings as needed and do daily check-ins.
2. CREATING CONTENT:
-Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
-Create Website content posts
3. SOCIAL MEDIA OVERVIEW:
-Monitor social media and (if possible) company website metrics.
-Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
-Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
-Ensure branding is consistent
Requirements/Skills:
-2 Years in a Marketing Role
-1 Year in a Managerial Role
-Knowledge of social media analytics tools and Google Analytics preferred
-Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
-Experience with Chat-GPT 4.0
-Demonstrable SEO keyword research knowledge
-Adequate knowledge of graphic design principles and creation platforms such as Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.
-Well-organized with a “get sales”-oriented approach, and the ability to work ahead
-LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience a plus
