Marketing Manager + Content Creator

THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious and highly-skilled person to join our team. This person will lead our marketing strategies and content creation across our social media platforms, website and email list. Typical roles are:

Content Production and Brand Management
/ Create digital visual, video and graphic content that engages, educates and promotes our company and services
/ Manage projects independently to meet deadlines while maintaining company standards
/ Manage our various channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Website)
/ Design, build and maintain company social media presence
/ Keep up to date with the latest social media trends
/ Grow the following, reach and engagement of our social media channels through creative content

Digital Content Marketing
/ Develop multi-platform strategies that drive customers to the website / mailing list / etc
/ Oversee all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
/ Utilise analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, and measure the success of a marketing campaign
/ Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
/ Make recommendations for the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website as required. Build content that delivers for us long term by being high value, reusable and SEO rich

Indicative Goals To Be Agreed
/ Grow Instagram followers by 50% to 10k
/ Grow mailing list by 5x to 1k
/ Get 5 new design client leads per month
/ Grow YouTube, TikTok and Facebook channels

THE CANDIDATE
The prospective candidate should have a keen design eye and understand how design goes together. They should be able to work autonomously and be able to propose campaigns, ideas and strategies. They should be comfortable to take on responsibility for an array of work. They will be responsible for the creation of all media and so should be proficient in the following programs:
/ Adobe Suite
/ Photo Editing Software
/ Video Editing Software

Must:
/ have exceptional written and spoken English
/ have relevant qualifications or experience in the industry
/ be able to share examples or portfolio of their work
/ name our company in their application

Bonus:
/ Have experience working in architecture, design and/or the property industry

Andrew and partner Mary are architects by profession and run a UK property development business called Elite Dwellings. They design high-quality homes for professionals and students. Their design studio works with investor clients offering feasibility and interior design services. They have a team of 4 Filipino staff members working for them currently in different roles
