About Us:

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce store specializing in products for physical pain relief, such as neck stretchers, posture correctors, knee braces, and orthopedic shoes. Our sales have been excellent lately, and we primarily advertise through Video Sales Letters (VSLs) on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). We are looking to expand our team to continuously test new content and sustain our growth.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing marketing content and campaigns to effectively reach our target audience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand’s voice and visual identity, drive engagement, and ultimately boost sales.

Responsibilities:

• Competitor research
• Creative research
• Writing VSL scripts
• Managing VSL editor
• Writing UGC (User-Generated Content) scripts
• Finding and managing UGC creators
• Developing photo ad ideas
• Managing graphic designer
• Copywriting
• Reading and analyzing Facebook ads data
• Developing other marketing ideas

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing VSL scripts for e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and user behavior.
• Strong background in digital marketing and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
• Preferably experience in the health/pain relief niche.
• Experience in conversion driven copywriting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with advertising on platforms such as Taboola, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
