Little Ripples, an Australian socially responsible wine brand, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on e-commerce to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and boosting sales through innovative and sustainable marketing strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with FMCG, retail, hotels, and restaurants to implement in-store POS items and foster strong partnerships.

Overview:
-Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
-Collaborate with FMCG and retail partners to develop and execute in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotions that align with our brand values and drive customer engagement.
Assist with PR Strategy
-Work closely with hotels and restaurants to develop marketing programs, promotions, and partnerships that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
-Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to engage with our target audience and generate leads.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
-Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
-Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
-Nurture and grow relationships with key partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in e-commerce, digital marketing, FMCG, retail, and wine industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Brand /Marketing Communications
-Drive Creative Concepts and briefs for all marketing content in line with current releases and trends
-Drive and manage the Omni channel strategy to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Including digital, social, and PR.
-Concept and drive the marketing campaigns and shoots from inception to delivery based on ranges, key promotional activity, and key trend events in conjunction with the Brand coordinator.
-Develop and execute community-based event concepts for customer participation.
-Work to ensure calendar, current events, and seasonal trends are taken into consideration to effectively and proactively contribute to trend direction, maximizing product placement and brand features.
-Present and manage new brand partnerships and affiliations to increase brand awareness
-Enhance PR and Social agencies and influencer partnerships.
-Manage the budget spend across PR, Social Marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
-Manage PR strategy including coordinating any media events.
Digital – Social
-Create and manage campaigns across all channels including Meta, Google Ads, Affiliates, TikTok, Display Advertising, Pinterest, and YouTube.
-Develop the affiliate content strategy with the aim of recruiting new content partners and delivering sales volume.
-Develop and manage new social initiatives to drive brand engagement and following.
-Devise and maintain a system of metrics to measure effectiveness, reach, and conversion of PR and social activity.
-Engage and build a new target demographic.
Digital Advertising
-Develop strategic paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Affiliates, TikTok, Display Advertising, Pinterest, and YouTube to maximize sales.
-Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure all paid initiatives are optimized for the best possible ROAS.
-Undertake analysis and reporting of key metrics making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
-Coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure that marketing calendar activity is reflected in all paid activity.
-Ensure all required assets are briefed to the creative team in a timely manner.
-Plan and brief digital campaigns based on the marketing calendar.
-Manage digital budget in line with specific channels and agencies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably with 3+ years of e-commerce marketing experience.
-Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and best practices.
-Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies that have resulted in increased online sales and brand growth.
-Knowledge of FMCG, retail, and experience in implementing in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials.
-Experience working with hotels and restaurants to develop marketing programs and partnerships.
-Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
-Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, FMCG/retail partners, hotels, and restaurants.
-A passion for sustainability and social responsibility, with a genuine interest in the wine industry.
Additional Information:
-Good knowledge of Meta, Google, and EDM/Klaviyo advertising is required for this role. We will then take your skills to the next level with extensive training with some of the world’s leading experts.
