As our facebook ads expert, marketing manager, you’ll be working directly with me.

* Plan, put together, and launch B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email outreach, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and others)

* Put systems in place to monitor and track our campaigns (we breathe numbers and data here)

* Measure and manage campaigns across the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages (how do we get more leads, and turn those leads into long term clients?)

* Work on paid and social media promotion campaigns

* Lead, support, and manage a team of remote staff to make sure campaigns get launched on time, and are bringing back the right results

* Work with our internal team, and external providers to build our “flywheel” that includes podcasts, events, and webinars etc.

Ultimately, it comes down to this…

We do GREAT work for our amazing clients (we know because our clients TELL us), but we just don’t talk about it, or get our message out there enough!

We need a marketing manager to help us with our OWN growth (this will be a role that’s focused on building our own internal campaigns – NOT a client facing role).

To be successful, you’ll need to have:

* Knowledge, experience, and PASSION for Digital Marketing, content marketing, demand generation/lead generation, and customer engagement

* Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation skills in English (native speakers)

* Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously

* A growth mindset – with a willingness to embrace new challenges

* A strong work ethic, with a “can do”, solutions focused attitude

* Objectivity and openness to others views while also being able to build a positive team culture that brings out the best in their team

Important admin things about this role:

* This role is 100% remote (meaning you can work full time from home) BUT, you’ll need to be in a time zone that’s close to Sydney’s (AEST)

* There may be travel required from time to time for this role (leadership planning retreats, important company events etc.). All travel costs will be paid for by the company.

* This role starts with a base, and then payed bonuses with results and then moving forward will turn into a full time role s a 100% full time role
