As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play an exciting and dynamic role in supporting our team with onboarding and engagement of our non-profit partners alongside our core Restaurant Fund-Raising product. Daily tasks include creation of marketing content, website materials, push notifications, email content (both for consumers and organization partners) while working closing with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
Duties
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive engagement and awareness with our nonprofit partners and their supporters (including mission based social enterprises, NPOs, community organizations, schools, etc)
– Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing
– Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and advertisements
– Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication with our non-profit partners and account executives
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools
– Oversee the public website, content, creation, blogs, and SEO content
Skills
– Ability to “wear multiple hats” in a small, fast paced startup environment and take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and KPIs
– Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content
– Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other marketing design systems for designing marketing materials
– Experience managing social media accounts including content creation (Meta, X, Tiktok, IG)
– Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
– Experience with SEO, blogs, back-linking and other content-based marketing strategies
– Experience with Mailchimp, both creation and management of email campaigns including drip campaigns, audience segmentation, and integration with 3rd party tools like Mandrill
– Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and strategies
– Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
