Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Work closely with the CEO to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. These strategies should focus on generating leads and converting them into customers.
Lead Generation: Implement targeted lead generation campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize lead generation efforts
Measure and track the number of leads generated through various marketing channels on a monthly and quarterly basis. KPIs may include lead conversion rates and lead quality,
Monitor and report on the number of new customers acquired as a result of marketing initiatives. Track customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content across different mediums such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts. Ensure that content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice.
Measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts by analyzing engagement metrics such as page views, time on site, and social shares. Monitor content performance to identify top-performing assets and areas for improvement.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns including PPC advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and drive lead generation.
Evaluate the performance of individual marketing campaigns and initiatives against predefined objectives and benchmarks. KPIs may include click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone of voice to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
Assess brand awareness using surveys, social media analysis, and other metrics. Track brand mentions, social media followers, and website traffic to measure visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
