Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager/Lead Generation Specialist/Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation strategies, creating marketing content and connecting with prospective leads using a strong social media presence. As a small accounting firm we are looking to acquire clients who are for-profit companies that need bookkeeping services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and nurture new leads
Use various lead generation techniques including email marketing, and social media to generate leads and create an online presence and community.
Manage our social media accounts including creating content and engaging with followers
Analyze data and report on the effectiveness of lead generation and social media strategies
Implement marketing concepts and strategies that have been learned and used in the past.
Ability to think outside the box and change strategies and implement new strategies
Understanding of linkedIn sales navigator
Simple graphic design
Write blog posts and other content for social media profile

Requirements:
Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or social media manager
Experience with accounting firms is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and social media platforms (FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube)
Ability to analyze data and report on key metrics
Experience with email marketing and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
