Summary:
We seek a highly motivated Marketing Assistant with expertise in copywriting and email marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a knack for crafting compelling messages, and a proven ability to drive engagement through email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Newsletters:
Creation and production of three weekly newsletters and associated content. Each newsletter will follow the aggregator style of sharing the best content across the internet with links to blogs that you have written, and with your own introduction and summaries.

Copywriting:
Develop and refine our brand voice and messaging across various platforms.
Write and edit compelling copy for advertisements, social media posts, website content, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging.

Email Marketing:
Design, write, and deploy email campaigns to engage with our audience and drive key business metrics.
Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
Test and optimize email campaigns to ensure high deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analyze email campaign performance and suggest recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Strategy:
Assist in the development and execution of the overall content and marketing strategy.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with company goals and initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and copywriting.

Administrative Tasks:
Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Handle routine correspondence and manage databases as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in copywriting, email marketing, or a similar role.
Proficient in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar.
Proficient in using Chat GPT to create blogs and content
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an attention to detail.
Strong research and analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Ability to multitask and handle various projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

Benefits:
Remote work, and you can work in your own time zone. No overnight shift is required.
Monthly salary based on experience.
Upon completion of six (6) months of service.
You will be entitled to ten (10) days of vacation leave and seven (7) days of sick leave with pay.
13 month pay
Philippine government-mandated benefits include mandatory fees for Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and Pag-IBIG Fund
