Qualifications:
> At least 2 years of experience as a marketing manager, digital or performance marketing role
> Strong SEO Experience. Able to plan and implement SEO strategies to ensure Number 1 Rankings on Google
> Google AdWords experience
> Strong understanding of current social media marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices with being able to monetize an audience
> An interest in data and experience and using it to deliver personalized communications that drive ROI
> A creative flare – you know how to make people stop scrolling!
> Demonstrated understanding and experience using analytics insights tools for marketing purposes and other tools including > Google Ads, Keap, Facebook Ads, Click Send, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and WordPress
> Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
> Previous experience with Practice Management Software is preferred, but not essential
> Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn ideas into financial success
Responsibilities:
> Review and oversee implementation of campaigns, effectively developing messaging and communicating our services and offerings in a relevant and impactful way
> Develop and implement local area marketing plans and activities for our regional locations
> Management of other team marketing team members to ensure they meet their KPIs and expectations.
> Continue building the foundational client segments, processes, and workflows, and identify opportunities for growth, automation, and optimization throughout the client lifecycle
> Work as part of the management team, and maximize output from your team and the agencies we work with.
