De University of Ethereum (UETH) is looking for a marketing manager to lead all our marketing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our brand strategy including evolving the UETH brand to best showcase our standardized self-learning process as well as to help the Ethereum network and blockchain technology achieve mass adoption.

Who You Are:
1. At least 1 year of experience as a marketing manager position in a startup environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Proven ability to scale marketing team, knowing when to add internal resources vs. outsource.
4. In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices.
5. Basic knowledge of Ethereum, blockchain, and web3.
6. You are motivated and take initiative.
7. There is no task too small or “not your job”.
8. A strategic thinker with a problem-solving execution-oriented mindset – unprecedented drive to get things done.
9. A creative force with excellent communication, interpersonal, and copy skills.

What You’ll Do:
1. Build and oversee marketing strategy and marketing budget.
2. Establish manageable and meaningful KPI’s across all marketing verticals.
3. Develop and build social media and PR strategy as key pillars of marketing, delivering exceptional visibility and share of voice across all relevant outlets and driving measurable organic traffic.
4. Create and oversee the execution across paid marketing campaigns and achieve maximum ROI in paid marketing campaigns using analysis of data.
5. Research and analyze competitor paid marketing campaigns.
6. Craft copy and produce marketing materials for social media platforms and offline events.
