WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
– Regular communication between team members
– Posting content on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube shorts.

– Cold Email & DM reachouts from promoters, sponsors to media.
– Ability to create a weekly social media content schedule for the month.
– Provide or support creative ideas for social media.
– Create catchy or hook captions that drive attention.
– Research keywords, hashtags, or content ideas to help gain algorithm traction
NICE TO HAVE:
Understand how to create Facebook and Instagram audiences for marketing
? Target audience research
? Custom audience creation
? Audience segmentation and targeting refinement

Initially part-time with flexible hours, transitioning to full-time. Result-driven approach is appreciated.
