The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media. Primary focus on managing community engagement, ad management, social media presence, and Amazon outreach

Possible Tasks

Increase Social Followers
– DM outreach to increase followers: Reach out to people and suggest they follow us.
Look for people who have:
– Posted about related topics to us (PMS, Perimenopause, Hormones, Fertility,
Motherhood, PCOS, PMDD)
– Used related hashtags to us (research related hashtags)
– Follow related brands to us (I will provide list and you will add to it)

Podcast Outreach
– Identify podcasts + media outlets, create list
– Send out podcast pitch emails (using a template)
– Reach out to folks on social media
– Handle all scheduling

Amazon Storefronts Outreach
– Increase presence on Amazon storefronts by reaching out to those with relevant
Amazon storefronts and asking them to feature Ladywell (parenting, supplement, health
and wellness, etc)
– Post to Amazon social feed weekly

Wholesale Outreach
– Create list of stores for wholesale (USA based)
– Wellness stores (beauty, food, boutiques)
– Practitioners like acupuncture
– Spas- Small Grocery/Health Food
– Sent emails to approved stores

Manage Giveaways
– Reach out to brands
– Organize giveaway timing and specifications with brands
Influencer Management (5k + accounts)
– Create list of relevant influencers
– Women’s health
– Hormonal health, PCOS, PMS, PMDD
– Perimenopause
– Functional Medicine
– Herbalism
– Natural Living / Clean Living
– Motherhood
– Fertility / TTC
