The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
– Analyzing data, growing audiences, and implementing marketing strategies/manuals
– Managing our YouTube Channel, Facebook page, and other social media sites
– Editing, curating, and uploading audio and video materials on YouTube and various social media channels
– Designing and modifying illustrations/graphics like t-shirt designs, infographics, banners, brochures, manuals, and posts for social media (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
– Designing standardized templates for consistent posting of listings, open houses, etc.
– Planning and scheduling posts for social media (using a scheduler)
– Creating, testing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp
– Participating in meetings where the marketing department’s presence is essential and contributing valuable insights to the conversation.
– Eager to gain knowledge about the real estate sector and unhesitant to express one’s ideas or viewpoints.
– Successfully completing tasks assigned without deviating from the set timeline.

Requirements:
– Ideally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Multimedia Arts.
– Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
– Thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
– Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
– Background in US Real Estate is a plus.
– Availability to work in the US time zone (ET) from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (40 hours a week, with a 1-hour unpaid break daily).
– With own working unit (laptop/desktop), stable high-speed internet, and a distraction-free workspace
