Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in using GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging this platform to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, manage a team, and work closely with other departments to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies using GoHighLevel to increase brand visibility and market share.
-Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and events.
-Utilize GoHighLevel to automate marketing processes, track campaign performance, and manage customer relationships.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
-Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
-Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and GoHighLevel analytics to make informed decisions.
-Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and promotional content.
-Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
– Experience as a Marketing Coordinator plus a minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
-Must be tertiary qualified in Marketing. Report directly to the Managing Director.
-Experience in the Property and Development and Construction Industry is a plus.
-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
-Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel, including automation, CRM management, and analytics.
-Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
-Experience with additional marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) is a plus.
