• Efficiently schedule and post across various platforms, maintaining a consistent online presence.
• Engage actively with our community through likes, comments, and direct interactions.
• Monitor social media for audience feedback, responding promptly and effectively.
• Analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Conduct competitor social media analysis for strategic insights.
• Perform social listening to track brand and industry mentions.
• Manage social media crises and negative feedback with appropriate responses.
• Promote our services and initiatives on social media.
• Collaborate with influencers to expand our brand reach.
• Develop and oversee paid social advertising campaigns.
• Keep our social media profiles fresh and up-to-date.
• Engage in trending topics to boost brand visibility.
• Manage cleaning staff schedules for seamless operations.
• Address customer inquiries and issues across various channels.
• Maintain and update client records accurately.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and staff for high client satisfaction.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and social media content.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, with a strong emphasis on social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Familiarity with office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases and comfortable with numbers.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
