Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in marketing. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in video editing, social media management, content creation, graphics design, and email campaign & newsletter coordination. If you possess excellent organizational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a solid background in marketing with a focus on SEO, we encourage you to apply. What does the role require?
• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Assistant role
• Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the social media landscape and the latest marketing trends
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing practices and methodologies
• Proficiency with web analytics software, such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Proficiency/knowledge in using any of the following: Manychat, Content Studio, Buffer, Mailchimp, Engagebay, Zoho, or Hootsuite
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft, Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Canva platforms.
• A stable primary internet connection and a backup internet connection

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualities:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Friendly and have a professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing Speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

RESPONSIBILITIES are (but not limited to):
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the marketing team and executives.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Create and streamline SOPs or process guides.
Data entry and research
Attend video calls with the team
Reply to emails, texts, and chat messages.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content that aligns with the brand.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and execute social media strategies across platforms.
Create and curate content for social media posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics.
Creating & managing and promoting Facebook Biz and Fan Pages Groups.
Managing Facebook ads & any marketing-related ChatBots.
Content Creation:
Develop and create compelling written and visual content for various marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all content.
Graphics Design:
Design visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, and promotional collateral.
Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand identity and visual standards.
Email Campaign & Newsletter:
Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage newsletters, ensuring they are informative and engaging for the target audience.
Utilize analytics to optimize email performance and drive results.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
