Job Summary:
As a Marketing Officer specializing in E-Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and optimize the customer experience. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and analyzing data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
Optimize campaigns for conversion, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
Website Management:
Oversee the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Implement strategies to improve website traffic, user engagement, and online sales.
Content Development:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia content that enhances the online shopping experience.
Ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
Social Media and Influencer Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote products and increase brand visibility.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Implement and optimize CRM strategies to build and maintain customer loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
