As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a versatile Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing, supporting, and executing our marketing systems, analytics, and strategy to expand our brand awareness, engage our existing customer base and audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing team’s effectiveness by improving our processes and analytics. This role involves managing marketing automation systems, general sales and GTM systems, overseeing budget tracking, and analyzing marketing performance to increase efficiency and optimize our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce, respectively) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
– Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database (including managing contact fields, reports, etc..).
– Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance.
– Oversee the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
– Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
– Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
– Manage marketing budgets and monitor and report on campaign ROI.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational strategy and campaign execution.
– Train and assist marketing and sales team members on new software and technology.
– Ensure all marketing processes preserve data integrity and comply with privacy laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
– Proficiency with marketing automation systems (HubSpot) and CRM software (Salesforce).
– Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
– Proficient in managing projects, priorities, and timelines.
– Excellent communicator with ability to sell and convince.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
– A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
