We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our administrative and marketing tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
Respond to Instagram, Google, and yelp inquires
Create blog posts and a corresponding email blast to take clients and potential clients to the blog post
Post Before and After pictures on Google My Business each week
Post stories each day and post 1 portfolio post per week with a caption on Yelp Connect
Create graphics for Pinterest and upload them with links to the blog post to drive traffic
Construct and schedule marketing texts and email blasts each month regarding service specials, events, spa update or sales
The position requires:
Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
Exceptional customer service
Basic design skills in Canva
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and energetic personality
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends and in Eastern Standard Time.
The ideal candidate will:
Have knowledge of Google Review
Have knowledge of Yelp
Have knowledge of Instagram
Have experience with Canva
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
**Knowledge of all softwares above is not required – just preferred.
Detailed training and SOPs provided on products, services, and technology used in our business.
This is a part time position (20 hours per week) with the possibility to grow into full time employment based on performance.
