Marketing Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant who has at least 2 years marketing experience in a generalist role, with a focus on email marketing. This will give you the knowledge and experience to be able to report back on performance, share observations and improve overall email marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail as this role is a vital part of our lead generation process and most of the content is delivered directly to our prospects.

Tasks:

1. Create a schedule of marketing emails to promote our upcoming webinar series. Tasks will include creating the emails in hubspot, carrying out a/b testing and report on email marketing performance.

2. Follow the well documented steps to set up the webinars on our website, working with Zapier to connect the forms to Zoom and building the automation flows to ensure that the webinar process run smoothly and associated workflows are running post event. Oversee workflows and identify any broken links and work with the team to fix these.

3. Set up the webinars on our website using our CMS tool – full instructions and training will be provided.

4. Follow the steps to populate the tool surveys and send these out as and when requested. Use your attention to detail to check for any errors with formatting or content.

5. Edit videos to ensure that they are ready to be published – create snippets of the webinars that will be repurposed.

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum CRM experience (essential)
• 2 years minimum b2b marketing experience – essential
• Experience with hubspot – desirable but not essential
• Need a high attention to detail – essential
• HR tech / recruitment experience – desirable
• Experience using and updating a CMS – webflow experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• Editing videos – to ensure webinar content is able to be uploaded and shared – desirable but training will be provided
• Be data driven and be prepared to own responsibility for the numbers.
