We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Operations Assistant to support our marketing department’s operational improvement strategies, process enhancements, and marketing channel oversight. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional analytical and project management skills to assist in achieving the strategic objectives of the company. This full-time role requires a diligent team player who is adaptable, a self-starter, and fully aligned with our company’s core values and mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Machine Oversight:
– Perform systematic checks and monitoring to ensure that our marketing machine, including all campaigns and channels, operates correctly and efficiently.
– Execute administrative tasks within our marketing machine as needed, supporting the ongoing operation and optimization of our systems.
2. Ownership of Organic Channels:
– Take responsibility for the day-to-day management, currentness, and updates of Organic Search, NSTV YouTube, Facebook, and House Email list channels.
– Implement the daily, weekly, and monthly work required to enhance channel effectiveness and audience engagement organically.
3. Tracking and Data Review:
– Assist in tracking marketing performance by conducting data reviews, updating reports, and staying vigilant of daily updates.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage data insights for the continuous improvement of marketing strategies and campaign executions.
Key Duties:
– Regularly evaluate and categorize marketing processes, maintaining relevance and value alignment with organizational goals.
– Prioritize process implementation based on impact and outcomes, focusing on the most critical first.
– Monitor effectiveness through key performance indicators and initiate improvements for optimum results.
– Identify and close gaps in processes to maintain seamless marketing operations.
– Engage daily with department heads to establish trust, ensure adherence to processes, and facilitate effective communication.
– Assess cross-departmental impact during process creation and modification to support overall business functionality.
– Maintain accountability to process creators/owners, aligning enhancements with their vision and requirements.
– Integrate and leverage processes within departmental training programs for skill development and cross-training.
– Adjust and simplify overarching and cross-departmental processes to improve efficiency.
– Document and uphold all procedures, promoting a culture of high performance and excellence within the marketing department.
Qualifications:
– 1+ year of work experience, preferably within a marketing or systems-related role.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly literate with a solid command of the English language.
– Proven record of engagement and effective collaboration in global teams.
