About the role:
The Marketing Operations Associate is an integral member of the marketing and operations teams, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the effectiveness of our client-focused advertising and internal campaigns. This full-time role is geared towards individuals adept at multitasking and prioritizing diverse work streams. This is a contract position with a requirement for the applicant to have the ability to invoice through their legal structure.

Responsibilities:
Deliver general administrative support to optimize marketing and operational workflows.
Administer client-focused ad campaigns and native company promotions, from delivery to analysis.
Handle ad campaign management through the internal content management system, ensuring timely development and approvals.
Prepare and manage audience data for social media platforms, optimizing targeting efforts.
Conduct PPC campaigns across various channels including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, with a keen eye for performance metrics.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Insight Tags to monitor and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Maintain the company’s project management systems and internal knowledge bases with proficiency in Notion.
Effectively manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks in coordination with the COO and Head of Marketing.

Qualifications:

Essential:
Demonstrated experience in administrative support within marketing and operations.
Expertise in ad operations for both client and in-house campaigns.
Skilled in PPC campaign management and audience targeting on social media platforms.
Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign success, including Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Insight Tags.
Familiarity with project management tools, notably Notion.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage dual reporting channels, working closely with the COO and the Head of Marketing.
Deep experience in Meta Business Manager, including:
Audience-based data relevance
Account sharing and permissions
Budget management
Must have demonstrated capabilities in:
PRO Facebook Campaign Setup (e.g., Different Testing Structures, Audience Testing, ABO/CBO Campaigns, Custom and Lookalike Audiences)
Facebook Ads Optimization (e.g., Data Analytics in Ads Manager, High Converting Ad Creatives, Video Creative Metrics)

Preferred:
Graphic design experience, with a preference for proficiency in Figma.
Experience in agency-style work within Meta, demonstrating expertise in managing multiple client accounts as an agency-style operation manager.
Demonstrated experience with advanced Meta Business Manager functionalities, including complex audience segmentation, advanced budget allocation strategies, and cross-account collaboration.

Position Type: Full-time, Contract
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 AM – 5 PM AEST
