Integrity Media is looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team. We’re a company that helps E-Learning Coaches and small business owners create engaging content with creative directing, editing, and copywriting for your social media. We’re a team united by our shared values of integrity, and adding as much value to the world as we can in every interaction we have.

What you’ll do
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
– System Management
Maintain and update the company’s workspace, ensuring that all documents and collaborative tools are organized and easily accessible.
Collaborate with department leads to develop dashboards for real-time metrics tracking.
– Team Management
Inspire, guide, and mentor the operations team to reach their highest potential.
Distribute resources efficiently across different projects and sectors.
– Client Performance Management
Periodically review and evaluate client KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
Partner with marketing and content creation teams for the effective execution of client strategies.
– SOPs & Process Improvement
Construct, implement, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all significant operations within Integrity Media.
Consistently recognize and capitalize on opportunities for process optimization and introduce innovations post-approval.
– Reporting & Client Communication
Compile and deliver periodic performance reviews to clients and internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of interaction for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
What you’ll need
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a marketing consultancy or digital content creation agency.
Proficiency in modern project management tools.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
