Role Overview

The client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing their marketing processes, technology, and data to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HubSpot workflows, creating and maintaining dashboards, performing data cleanup, and providing comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

-Marketing Automation Management:
-Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows.
-Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
-Ensure timely and accurate lead distribution to sales teams.
-Data Management and Reporting:
-Maintain clean and accurate marketing databases.
-Perform regular data audits and cleanups to ensure data quality.
-Create and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics.
-Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
-Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
-Technology Management:
-Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
-Provide training and support to the marketing team on using technology tools effectively.
-Compliance and Data Privacy:
-Ensure marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
-Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Experience with data management, data cleanup, and maintaining data integrity.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
