We do this by designing and building unique waterproof music players and earbuds, to enable swimmers to enjoy their favorite music, audiobooks, and podcasts while they swim. We also offer a full line of hair and skincare products to help swimmers keep their hair and skin healthy. We sell 100% DTC, all E-commerce.
Until now, we have outsourced many of our marketing tasks to external agencies, but we’re excited to bring our team in-house.
That’s where you come in as our next Marketing Operations Specialist. You will skillfully serve as a media buyer on Google and Facebook, while also building landing pages and implementing A/B testing based on designs provided by our creative team.

What Success Looks Like:
A successful marketing operations specialist will be someone with a deep understanding of both media buying and page building. You’re a strategic thinker, who understands audiences, segmentation, and targeting. You’ve managed hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad spend, or maybe millions on both Facebook and Google. You’re also a Shopify wizard – you can build pages quickly using Drag-And-Drop page builders, and some custom code when needed. You’re able to learn new applications quickly. You’re one of the most tech-savvy people you know.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Objectives (20%):
– Implement all scheduled A/B tests.
– Complete landing page updates quickly and accurately.
– Manage spend to maintain target ROAS on Facebook and Google.

Regular Work Activities (80%):
– Build new landing pages to test.
– Complete regular Shopify site-speed audits, making improvements as needed.
– Update pages on the backend for SEO.

As Needed Activities:
– Update Shopify product details in the backend.

Contacts and Interactions:
CMO – You will report to our head of marketing. You’ll meet weekly for one-on-one, and work together on strategy and media calendars
Marketing Coordinator – They are not your boss, but they will be responsible for helping your high-output workflow stay organized. Our marketing coordinator keeps our projects organized and moving forward smoothly. They will help you with deadline management, project details, etc.
Copywriter – You will collaborate with our copywriter when building A/B tests and landing pages.
Creative Director – Our CD will provide you with landing page designs and ad creative to test.

Key Skills:
Facebook & Google Ads Management
High-Level Shopify Expertise
Obsessively detail oriented
Expert web page builder

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience building Shopify stores
5+ years of experience with both Google and Facebook ads
Exceptional English skills
