Job Description

As an Analytics Specialist, your primary role will revolve around developing and implementing robust systems for Google Analytics, Google Ads management, and Local SEO to optimize the performance of our clients’ online marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Google Analytics Implementation: Collaborate with our development and web teams to ensure the accurate implementation and configuration of Google Analytics across our clients’ websites. This includes setting up goal tracking, custom dimensions, and custom dashboards as per the client’s unique requirements.

Data Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the client’s website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign data using Google Analytics. Derive actionable insights to optimize website performance and enhance conversion rates.
Google Ads Management: Oversee the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns for our retainer clients. Develop strategies to maximize the ROI on ad spend and continually optimize campaign performance.

Local SEO: audit businesses local search presence, manage Local SEO software (Bright Local), optmize Google Business listings for our clients, set up review request campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for CRO and create data-driven hypotheses to improve website conversions. Conduct A/B tests and provide detailed reports on test results and recommendations.

Performance Reporting: Create regular performance reports for our retainer clients, showcasing the impact of their online marketing efforts. Present the reports to clients and provide insights on key performance metrics.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Account Manager to engage with clients regarding Google Analytics and Google Ads management. Proactively engage with client Account Managers to understand their business goals and marketing objectives, aligning data strategies accordingly.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, analytics tools, and best practices. Implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure Benchmark Growth Marketing remains at the forefront of data-driven marketing strategies.
