Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our agency across various client accounts, contributing to the analysis of marketing efforts, aiding in building recommendations, and crafting compelling presentations. As a key player in our team, you will play a multifaceted role that not only requires analytical prowess but also creative thinking and effective communication skills. It will be a role with a blend of internal and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze clients’ marketing strategies and assist in building recommendations.
-Develop presentations to outline results and insights.
-Perform spreadsheet analysis on marketing spend, performance, and sales forecasting.
-Coordinate with freelancers and specialists (e.g., graphic designers, SEO experts) to complete projects.
-Assist in revamping the agency’s website and developing sales outreach systems.
-Contribute to business development and process improvement initiatives.
-Be a proactive part of the team, ready to take on various tasks to support our clients and agency growth.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Marketing or similar role.
-Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong command of English both written and spoken
-Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
-Experience in website management and content development is a plus.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
